Pavi is one of masseurs who attended me during my massage and I'm glad to say that she's really good at the massages, privacy (iykyk), etc. The counter staff told me to proceed to a room and told me to get ready and to which I just sat down and wait for the masseur whom I called for Pavi. And when she came in, she told me I've to "get ready" as I wasn't wearing the correct outfit provided by them (my bad as it's the first time for me) and then she stepped out again leaving me to change. She then came in and confirm how long is the massage session with me and I confirmed with her (1 hr only). She then proceeds to rub hot oil on me (the oil wasn't that hot but it shocked me simply because of the temperature and she assured me that it's not hot hot oil). After which she then proceed with the bubble foam massage on me and it was kinda cold after experiencing the hot oil I thought the temperature wouldn't drop THAT low but I embraced it. After an hour of massage (and chit chatting with her, having a few laughs), she then proceeds to clear the "residues" of the massage and left me to change back into my casual clothes. And it's drizzling slightly when I exited and she told me that I can wait for a while till the rain has lessened then head off back home. I visited Cozy Cove SPA 2 days ago as i was very tired due to work commitments. I book an appointment for an hour as im rushing home from work. As I enter the SPA I was greeted with a warm welcome smile from the staff and I mention that what im suffering from. I was attended by Ms Sandy as Malaysian therapist with many years of experience. As I was directed to a specified room I have the honours to look around and was very surprised that the place is very spacious , I enter the room and I could feel the aroma smell that's really make me comfortable. It only take 40min for me to feel batter thanks to the therapist Ms Sandy. The entire place is good and not to mention that there is a parking lot outside the SPA. Throughout the whole experience I will give 4 STAR as I was told that the SPA is undergoing a minor repair. I will visit the SPA again in the future. Well done and keep up the good work.

The massage done by sandy was incredible! Great skills, took a lot of the cricks out of my neck and back from several hours of sitting everyday! I could feel the connect of her activating pressure points on my neck twitch the muscles down the line. Her energy and commitment to doing her best is something I’ve never seen in a masseuse. Salute to her! i will support malaysian sandy again

I visited Cozy Cove Spa last week and was attended to by Rachael. She is very skillful and her massage strength was just right throughout. What impressed me most is that she didn’t rush at all — she really took the time to make sure I received the best service. I felt completely relaxed and well cared for. Highly recommended!
